Stakeholder Consultation Workshop on the state of the NSI

The National Advisory Council on Innovation (NACI) successfully hosted a stakeholder consultation workshop with participants from various sectors state of the National System of Innovation (NSI).

The workshop was aimed at stimulating discussions on the state of the NSI by presenting the 2014 Science, Technology & Innovation indicators booklet published by NACI. The booklet, presented by Dr Azar Jammine, a NACI Council member, assesses and summarizes key indicators that highlights the performance of the NSI.

NACI also presented a draft National Information Innovation Portal framework and received input from stakeholders on the draft framework. This framework was presented by Prof. Judy Backhouse, a member of the NACI experts who was part of the team that drafted the framework.
